As a Non-IT Recruiter handling operations in multiple sectors. Where job responsibilities are as follows :Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for different positions within the FMCG, Engineering and Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, and Energy sectors. This includes understanding the specific hiring needs of each sector and creating targeted recruitment plans. Job Advertisement and Sourcing: Create engaging job advertisements and post them on job boards, social media platforms, and relevant industry websites to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Actively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases, professional networks, and industry-specific channels. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Conduct interviews (in-person, phone, or video) to evaluate candidates\' technical expertise, behavioral competencies, and suitability for the positions.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages, Facilitate the pre-employment process, including background checks, reference checks, and documentation. Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers.Employer Branding: Doing BD & Supporting employer branding initiatives by showcasing the organization\'s strengths, values, and opportunities for growth to attract top talent in the market. Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to promote the organization\'s employer brand through various channels.Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance the recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to optimize efficiency and improve the quality of hires.
