BROAD\'s sustainable building techniques cut energy use by 80%. This is achievable through a number of means; innovative prefabricated building methods have been developed to build high-rise buildings in a tiny fraction of the time taken to build conventionally, and with only 1% construction waste. Extensive thermal insulation is included as standard, which along with triple-paned windows reduce heat transfer dramatically, and minimise the need for air conditioning.
