Handle AEM queries from premium enterprise customers, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Managed Services (AMS), and On-Premise setups- Guide customers on best practices for AEM development, including custom component design, Groovy scripting, and performance tuning- Analyze and troubleshoot failed Cloud Manager pipelines, user/group permission issues, IMS configuration, SSL certificates, DNS mappings, and repository setups- Provide support for AEM features such as Translation, Blueprints, Language Masters, and integration with Adobe Analytics, New Relic, and other monitoring tools- Collaborate closely with internal Adobe engineering, product, and operations teams to drive faster resolutions and product improvements- Act as an Oak repository expert—assisting customers with node-level investigations, indexing, and performance optimization- Assist with Maven-based code repository setup and CI/CD configurations, ensuring smooth DevOps processes- Guide customers on infrastructure design, performance scaling, and deployment best practices.
