Hi, I’m Akshataa and I didn’t think I’d end up in PR. But somehow, shaping how brands show up and speak became the most natural thing to me. At 22, I was running Celestial, my cloud kitchen brand born out of my love for chunky, New York-style cookies. I did it all- founder, baker, packaging designer, delivery exec -(but, most importantly) brand storyteller 800+ customers later, I learned my most important lesson: people don’t just buy a product, they buy into a story and a tone of voice they trust. That lesson came with me into PR. I have spent a little over 2.5 years at Adfactors PR, managing reputation and brand communications for both, listed giants and hungry, new-age startups. What I do best- Brainstorm PR strategies and draft content that sounds like the brand - Helped leadership find their voice - whether they were on TV or in a quote - Pitch brand stories that earned national headlines (and an international interview opportunity for a CEO with Reuters)- Spot story triggers that are timely, sharp, and media-worthy - Build media relationships - Shape CXO-level messaging that’s business-aligned (and human)- Drive visibility at big-ticket events like the India Mobile Congress, ensuring clients don’t just attend, they stand out If I had to sum it up: I am in the business of making people feel something real about a brand.
