I started my HR journey in Talent Acquisition, but along the way I realized my real interest lies in understanding people beyond resumes.With 3+ years of experience in recruitment, I have supported hiring across diverse domains including BFSI, Banking, Entertainment, and IT MNCs. I’ve partnered closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, driven end-to-end hiring, managed stakeholder coordination, and ensured a seamless candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.This exposure helped me build a strong foundation in communication, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and business alignment, skills that go beyond hiring alone.Over time, my curiosity expanded toward employee lifecycle management, HR operations, engagement initiatives, and people processes, which naturally drew me toward an HR Business Partner role. I enjoy working on challenges that involve both people and performance, and contributing where HR adds strategic value to the business.Currently, I’m focused on growing from a recruiter into a people partner, while continuously upskilling and preparing for my long-term goal of pursuing an MBA in HR.
