Core member of Excellence Team, working with founders to conceptualise, design & deliver innovative, user centred product solutions focused on engagement, clarity, & delight- Pioneered & became POC for all app micro interactions, leading 150+ interaction projects and collaborating across product, backend, frontend, UAT, unity, iOS, Android, Web, Data & Design teams. Built the app from having no micro animations to becoming one of the app’s key USPs within 2.5 years- Led one of the most critical projects, driving end to end app rebranding from 0 to 1, establishing a cohesive and scalable product identity- 1st & sole design lead among 30 Hackathon teams. Owned the end to end product vision & execution, securing 3rd runner up by building a near production ready, US focused meta feature from scratch within 48 hours, which was later approved for live rollout- Owned, Ideated & designed standardised engagement nudges (8 templates on iOS & Android), enabling 20+ campaigns with limited dev effort & driving +40% in subscription traffic,+12% in deposits & +7% in gameplay- Owned and designed 4 user engagement, retention & monetisation features, with 2.8M+ DAU across India, USA, Brazil & Germany
