Creating WBS (Work breakdown structure) planning using Visio• Understanding work breakdown structures (WBS) and creating project master schedules in Microsoft Project Online.• Understanding the PRL (Product requirement list) and attempting to predict MVP (Minimum viable product) fulfilment• Hold regular meetings with engineering teams to get an update on backlogs.• Making certain that milestones are met by the estimated delivery date.• Relationship building with team members, stakeholders, and contractors• PMO governance is being used to identify risk and manage RAID logs (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision)• Prioritizing projects/tasks in accordance with business needs and managing effective resource planning at all levels• Keep track of meetings, risks, issues, completed and unfinished tasks.• Communicating and coordinating with the engineering team, sales, contracts, procurement, and supply chain to understand the lead time of electronic components and then arranging the job of resources.• Occasionally using the \'Silicon Expert\' tool to track component lead times.• Obtaining comprehensive level understanding from technical managers on resource reshuffling at each level• Keeping track of completed and ongoing jobs via the JIRA tool and challenging engineers on EPICS, backlogs• Setting up a meeting with the leadership team and stakeholders to discuss order forecasting, difficulties with part/component delivery, business improvement, and risk mitigation.• Following progress meetings, meeting minutes are distributed.• Maintaining glossaries of technical terms for new hires
