ABOUT AKSHAT KOCHER

I am a finance and consulting enthusiast with a strong analytical mindset, having cleared CFA Level 1 and obtained NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) & NISM Series (Equity Derivatives) certifications. Currently, I am pursuing a B.A.(Hons) in Economics from Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi, which has strengthened my foundation in economic principles, quantitative analysis, and financial decision-making. My expertise spans financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, market research, and consulting frameworks, including guesstimates and strategic problem-solving. I enjoy breaking down complex financial and business problems, deriving data-driven insights, and crafting actionable solutions. With hands-on experience from six internships across finance, strategy, and market research, I have developed a deep understanding of industry dynamics. I have conducted extensive field research, analyzing market trends and investment opportunities, while supporting companies in making strategic decisions. My role as President of the Placement and Internship Cell at Aryabhatta College honed my leadership and organizational skills, where I led a team of 45+ members, onboarded 70+ companies, and facilitated successful placements for over 55% of registered students. Beyond academics and leadership roles, I have demonstrated my problem-solving abilities through five case competition victories, excelling in structured thinking, business acumen, and financial decision-making.
