Coffee Futures Fund is a YC-style accelerator for existing coffee shop owners scaling toward multi-unit operations. We select ten fellows per cohort, provide a ten week intensive program of operational playbooks and industry expert sessions, invest in two high-potential shops, and provide nine months of dedicated mentorship to every fellow regardless of investment status.Our mission is to become the defining growth infrastructure for independent coffee retail in the United States.

ABOUT AKSHAT KHANDELWAL
I sit at the intersection of finance, data, and operations. My focus is the revenue engine — GTM ops, growth strategy, and close collaboration with sales, success, and marketing teams. The question I wake up asking is \"how do we grow\" and I answer it by leveraging data and strategy to synthesize clear decisions from complex information. Most recently I led the operational due diligence and integration through a PE transaction, building the business operations function from the ground up at Zoobean. Outside of my day job I founded Coffee Futures Fund — think Y Combinator for coffee. We\'re building a village, an ecosystem for independent specialty coffee shops to flip the script from 6 in 10 failing in their first five years to 6 in 10 thriving. We provide the combination of capital, mentorship, and community that has historically only been available to national chains and VC-backed shops and we\'re putting it in the hands of independent owners who deserve it most. I\'m a builder at heart — of business operations, of growth infrastructure, and of ecosystems where people can succeed.
