Team : Instrumentation & Analytics (Platform Cloud).Projects- Working on Agentforce Vibes metrics downloading capability, majorly focusing on Acceptance / Rejection rate based on the suggestions provided by the agent- Delivered the Lightning Experience Usage Insights feature to provide customers with unprecedented clarity on their organization\'s historical platform usage wrt Page Views & Daily Active Users. It provides insights basis the Geography, Browser, Most Used Pages by an organization, thus helping customers to get more insights on how users are using their org- Stabilized the core observability (o11y) framework by resolving a critical performance bottleneck related to log processing. Specifically, I re-architected the log upload logic and optimized the queue size, eliminating persistent queue overflows that were surging beyond 64KB and causing data loss. The strategic implementation of the SendBeacon Web API during visibilitychange event now ensures logs are reliably and efficiently flushed without blocking the main thread, thus significantly improving application stability- Worked and deployed a seamless, one-click connector to bridge Lighting Experience applications and the Data Cloud. This complex architectural feat fully automates the ingestion of high-volume CRUD user signals at scale. Thus various teams can drive sophisticated personalization algorithms and prioritize performance initiatives on this data.
