Ethics and Business Integrity (EBI Department project) involved planning, implementation and effective communication of initiatives to enhance company’s Ethics & Business Integrity Champions (EBIC’s) Program (network of 130 EBI Champions in different departments, work levels in the organization). My key project contribution was the creation of resources for augmenting understanding of employees to drive behavioral shifts with key focus on the new Code of Conduct, Thoughtful Risk Taking and agile decision making approach to foster a culture of opportunity maximization within the firm.
