I am a passionate guy full of enthusiasm and curiosity. I have experience in corporate as well as academic environment which gives me chance to explore myself in different fields. As an academic associate at Endeavor Careers Pvt Ltd, I was responsible for various tasks ranging from preparing content to mentoring students which eventually helped me to enhance my analytical and interpersonal skills. I worked as a software engineer for IGATE Global Solutions Limited for approximately two years where I gained experience of testing applications in BFSI domain which gave me chance to understand business requirements of Banking Finance and Insurance Industry. Currently, I am pursuing MBA from Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur. Leadership and Analytical ability are two major factors in my personality. I truly believe that proper planning is the key to success. Apart from my professional life, I have been an active player from other fronts such as leading youth club, teaching underprivileged students, serving aged people, educating people to free from intoxicated things,etc. Finally, I would like to be a person who works hard smartly as I believe that hard-work is necessary to get success at ground level and smart work is necessary to get success for expansion of any business. Career Plan: My career plan includes getting professional education for Business Administration,turning into a senior management role player for organisation, being an active leader for whichever industry I represent and finally becoming the public face, taking initiatives, bringing required changes into the society.
