ABOUT AKSHADA PHATAK

As an HR Coordinator at Baycrest, I support the HR team in various operational and administrative tasks, such as creating new hire packages, coordinating employee orientation and training, updating HRIS system, maintaining employee records, and processing invoices and legal requests. I also ensure compliance with vulnerable sector screening for all employees and respond to HR queries in person and via phone and email.With a Post Graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College and a previous degree in International Business from MES Garware College of Commerce, I have developed strong knowledge, technical skills, and organizational skills in the HR and recruitment field. I have over two years of experience in recruiting complex roles, participating in talent management, and maintaining applicant tracking and candidate management systems. I am detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of working with multi-cultural teams and communicating effectively. I am eager to bring my skills and competencies to the workplace and expand my horizons in the HR and recruitment domain.
