Senior insurance executive with responsibility for marine and offshore risk advisory across the Nordic region, working with clients and insurance markets internationally.I currently serve as Senior Vice President and Head of Marine, Nordics at Marsh, where I advise shipowners, energy companies and offshore asset owners on complex, high-value risk exposures across international markets.My experience includes international secondments in London and Singapore, working closely with global insurance and reinsurance markets, as well as a six-month in-house advisory role with a major client, supporting executive management on risk strategy and insurance structuring.My work focuses on strategic risk structuring, placement leadership and insurer negotiations across marine, offshore and energy-related operations, including hull & machinery, P&I, offshore construction, upstream energy and mobile offshore units. I take a holistic approach to risk and insurance across all specialty lines, helping clients align risk transfer, capital considerations and operational resilience.I work closely with both risk and executive management, supporting decision-making where operational risk, capital allocation and contractual exposure intersect. My role combines deep technical understanding with leadership responsibility for placement strategy, portfolio oversight and senior client relationships.I am known for a calm, structured and commercially grounded approach, particularly in situations involving complexity, volatility and regulatory scrutiny.Based in Oslo, working across the Nordic and international markets.
