ABOUT AKRITI PRADHAN
I obtained my undergraduate degree at New York University in Economics and Psychology and recently completed my MSc. at University College London (2020). After which I had the opportunity to publish an article and be interviewed on a topic I have always been passionate about: Inclusive Beauty (see Publications below). I am currently working at Vyntelligence as a People Success Manager and prior to which I worked at KPMG in the Middle East as a Senior HR Executive. My Master\'s program focused on design and innovation in the assistive technology and accessibility realm while honing in on the importance of following an iterative, design thinking process that starts with empathizing with users by conducting primary and secondary research and only then moving on to defining a problem statement. I work to find gaps and create solutions to fill those gaps. Additionally, I aim to apply my holistic skill set to all my future roles. In my free time, I curate and manage a food review page on instagram and illustrate on Adobe Fresco. I am an industrious, creative, and self-driven young individual. I find that mastering the art of effective communication helps one in building strong relationships with peers, clients, and society at large. My objectives are to work for a company that I can grow with and that can aid me in professionally executing my ideas and, in turn, benefitting both parties.
