This was developed using Agilent NetExpert • Configuration, Integration & Testing Netcool SNMP Probe, Syslog, Socket, ASCII probe, Java Probe and CORBA probe • Install and configure OSI’s products (e.g NetExpert, Data Archiver, DB protocol agent). OSI’s product is a multi-vendor object oriented network management software currently supports Nortel, Ericsson, Lucent and others • Development and testing of applications that enhance operational efficiency for SONET service delivery by complete automation of service delivery and disconnects. This was developed using Agilent NetExpert and interface with other application using C++ • Worked with external vendors to resolve 3 rd party software issues • Managed the operational activities of development, test & production environments consisting of 15 servers for Service Assurance • Partnered with external groups within Sprint on Environment and Capacity planning initiatives for • Development, Test and Production environments • Proactively identified risks and developed risk minimization contingency plans
