About Abhinav Krishna
I build software products embedded with AI. This is perhaps the most interesting part of my IT career that has spanned over 22 years. I am building AI platforms that bring together various COTS products, AI agents, MCPs, multi-agent frameworks and a whole lot of agent training. I run a practice called Digital Transformation Services at Wipro and am based out Bengaluru. I am an author of 7 books, with the eight in the cradle. As the Head of Engineering for WEGA, I lead the design and development of a pioneering AI-driven delivery platform purpose-built for the entire Software Development Lifecycle. As the principal architect behind WEGA, I conceptualized and built a platform that is fully orchestrated, modular, and democratized for AI frameworks—setting a new benchmark in intelligent SDLC automation.Key accomplishments and responsibilities:Identified and mapped 250+ AI use cases across the SDLC, driving use-case-led platform evolution.Lead a team of AI developers and engineers to build and scale WEGA’s core platform components, AI agents, and integrated delivery framework.Oversee platform implementation and deployment across customer environments, enabling scalable adoption of AI-powered delivery pipelines.Champion an ecosystem approach, combining AI orchestration, modularity, and democratization to accelerate engineering productivity and delivery excellence.WEGA represents a new way of thinking about software delivery — turning every SDLC stage into a data-driven, AI-augmented capability.
