As the CDL-Atlantic Mentor and Partner Lead within the CDL Global network, I specialize in managing relationships with existing mentors and partners, ensuring their active participation and contribution to CDL sessions. My role is dedicated to maximizing the value of their CDL experience through strategic engagement initiatives. I collaborate with peers from 13 CDL sites worldwide to implement program enhancements that positively impact stakeholders. Additionally, I oversee the annual mentor renewal and corporate partner reporting processes while actively recruiting new mentors and partners to expand our network. Through collaborative efforts with the Site Lead, Director, and Dalhousie\'s development team, I drive fundraising initiatives to secure new donors and corporate partnerships, aligning with the program\'s strategic priorities.
