   Provision of technical advisory and project management support on disability inclusion across WFP operations in the Asia-Pacific Bureau and Regional Bureau for Southern Africa; including technical advice, project management of activities and budget for regional initiatives• Managed research and roll out of technical guidance on: 1) school feeding and disability and 2) emergency preparedness and response (EPR) and disability• Drafted guidelines and created systems for consultation and partnership with organizations of persons with disabilities• Operationalized a reasonable accommodation policy and standard operating procedure for WFP’s employees, in partnership with HR and D&I teams• Managed the launch of WFP’s first global affinity group (employee resource group) for employees with disabilities• Managed the development and roll out of WFP-wide training on disability inclusion, reaching over employees and 200+ senior leaders• Developed and actioned self-assessment tool to measure accessibility of WFP’s conferences and events services• Promoted and improved accessibility across all of WFP’s functions, e.g, events, travel, etc.• HQ team technical focal point for accessibility mainstreaming (built environment, technology)
