Design is my toolbox; simulation is my proof. Design + models + people that\'s me, I’m Ashokkumar — Project Engineer (Product Development) building heavy-duty EVs and off-road machines that survive real jobsites. I blend creative CAD design with high-fidelity FEA/CFD and topology methods. Highlights: led the vehicle-level design & validation of a 28 t EV tipper, authored ~200 production/assembly drawings, issued 100+ ECOs and documented ~20 field-failure technical reports to close the loop between lab and field. My toolkit goes beyond EVs: hydraulic system design, mechanisms & linkage design, heat-exchanger sizing, vibratory system, steering & drivetrain calculations, and rigorous mathematical modelling for dynamics and thermal transient response for excavators / wheel loaders & compactors.I teach what I learn (internal trainings on dynamics, vibration and thermal modelling) and I’m always scouting materials & passive strategies (PCMs, honeycomb cores, composites) to make batteries safer and cooling smarter.
