G. Consultants and Developers, I possess a comprehensive skill set and hands-on understanding. Can deliver high-accuracy spatial analysis, reducing planning errors and optimizing resource allocation.I have worked with R. G. Consultants and Developers from March 2022 to September 2024 as Consultant (GIS). I have worked with Delhi Development Authority (DDA) from July 2018 to Feb 2022 as Asst. Director Consultant (GIS). I have worked with Vikas Buildtech Pvt. Ltd (VBPL) as an Assistant Project Manager (GIS and Remote Sensing) from July 2015 to Feb 2016 and as a Project manager from March 2016 till June 2018.Currently, I am working as Asst. Director (Consultant GIS) in Delhi Development Authority (DDA) since August 2024. As a GIS consultant, I provided comprehensive geospatial support for planning by collecting, integrating, and analyzing spatial data to deliver accurate insights for decision-making.    GIS mapping and preparation of geo-database of pooled land received through online web-portal launched for inviting expression of interest for participation under Land Pooling Policy from land owners. Creation of sector-wise maps of pooled lands for uploading of DDA’s Land Pooling Web-Portal. Geo-spatial analysis of UER-I, II and with khasras of Land Pooling Zones i.e zone K-I,L, N and P-II. Seamless Sajra map (basemap) prepared for Land Pooling zones incorporating revenue details received from Revenue Dept.GNCTD. Spatial area analysis of sectors falling in landpooling policy to ascertain the percentage of land pooled. PreparationoftentativelistdetailingoutpercentageofwillingnessforparticipationunderLand Pooling Policy in each Sector of Land Pooling Zones. Collectionandvettingofdataanddrawingstobeusedforthedevelopmentofweb-basedportal to display the layout plans of entire state. Planning, monitoring and coordination with company/consultant and various external agencies for input database for the creation of web based Geo-portal. Prepared sector delineation plans based on satellite imagery for Urban Extension ZonesJ,K-I,L,N&P-II for land pooling policy. Improvements in zonal boundary for Zonal Development Plans of DDA to resolve the internal issue. Mapping and spatial analysis of flood plain areas of Yamuna river in Zone ‘O’ to study identify the vulnerable scenario in post flood events. Analysis of the Drone Survey data of Zone L and other maps submitted by the consultant URS Scott Wilson. Preparation of maps for day to day analysis of planning matters received in the unit.
