Chartered Engineer and Chartered Marine Engineer.I am currently working as a Senior Project Engineer Consultant on DSVi Projects, in Subsea7 Aberdeen.I have been involved with 5 successful EPCI projects in North Sea UKCS and Offshore Borneo of Indonesia. I have been involved with full decommissioning scopes (site clearance) i.e. removal of concrete mattresses (337 off), recovered 5 off structures with structure weighed ~150Te (includes removal of the locking pins), pile cutting below the midline, pipelines and spools cutting, recovered flexibles & umbilicals (total length of 10km). All recovered assets were safely disposed; 93% of the recovered wastes were able to be recycled.In previous work experience, I have acquired broad range of subsea engineering, project management, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning experience both Diverless & Diving workscopes. The main area of expertise has been supply, delivery & installation of flexible pipes and umbilicals. This includes design and manufacturing experience of other flexible pipe / umbilical ancillary components. Experience in writing specifications / technical requirements of bend stiffeners, end fittings, distributed ballast, buoyancy modules, riser protections, hold-down and hold-back systems, anodes and bend restrictors.Very experience in writing installation procedures for flexible pipes & umbilical using Vertical Lay System and Horizontal Lay System on a vessel and mobilisation procedures. This includes arranging the lay spread, pre-commissioning spread and other installation equipment to be mobilised onboard vessel. Experience in writing installation procedures for Flying Leads & Control Jumpers (Electrical and Hydraulic) both Diverless or Diver install.I have developed strong Client and Subcontractor interfacing skills through successful completion of complex projects. I am familiar with the relevant international standards and have the capability to integrate with specific requirements from the Clients, based on their internal standards or project specific needs. Throughout my work experience, I have placed an emphasis on HSE and ensure that all works meet the high standard requirements and executed in a safe manner.
