In 2019, I stepped into the role of US and Americas Japanese Services Group Leader at Deloitte, and it is an honor to lead this incredible team, serving our clients as they navigate a changing environment, address strategic and operational challenges, and implement tailored solutions that drive sustainable growth.With more than 35 years of experience, I have deep industry knowledge in the automotive, life sciences, financial services, government/public services and technology sectors, particularly focused on multinational Japanese-owned companies. My passion lies in fostering cross-border and private-public client collaborations, with the goal of breaking down silos and working collaboratively across organizations. I was recently selected for the 2025 Japanese American Leadership Delegation (JALD), a program sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and organized by the U.S-Japan Council. Through JALD, I, along with nine delegates from across the US, traveled to Japan to engage with Japanese business leaders, discussing how we can strengthen U.S-Japan business corridor through person-to-person connections and foster mutual understanding. Being selected for the delegation is a significant honor. Outside of work, I have a passion for cooking, including barbecuing and baking, which I love to share with my loved ones. I also enjoy playing golf and target sports.
