Responsibilities:• Worked closely with the client to gather and document requirements for the implementation of a Fraud Management System (SAP HANA) to safeguard the supply chain processes against fraudulent activities.• Analysed the supply chain processes, including procurement, production, distribution, and customer fulfilment, to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities where fraud could occur.• Collaborated with the technical team to ensure the Fraud Management System was tailored to meet the specific needs of the client’s supply chain operations.• Facilitated workshops with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of how the Fraud Management System would integrate with existing processes and systems.• Provided ongoing support during the implementation phase, ensuring that the system was effectively identifying and preventing fraudulent activities at each stage of the supply chain.• Worked closely with the Product Owner to capture and refine user stories, ensuring they were accurately documented and added to the product backlog.• Collaborated with the development team to prioritise user stories, making sure the most critical features were delivered in alignment with business objectives.• Ensured alignment across departments and quality of products through active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, working with business leaders for comprehensive planning, ensuring adherence to business needs, validating business requirements and enhancing the customer experience across the organisation
