As an HR Recruiter at Inficap, I contributed to shaping a positive employer brand and optimizing recruitment efforts for a leading IT company. I cultivated strong relationships with potential candidates and industry experts to secure top talent in the competitive market. I leveraged social media and digital platforms to enhance employer branding and engage with the target talent pool. I also supported the employee relations function by providing guidance and assistance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. I am currently pursuing my MA in Public Administration at Lovely Professional University, where I am developing my knowledge and skills in organizational behavior, public policy, and administration. I have a keen interest in the intersection of HR and public administration, and how they can foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity in the public sector. I have also published two papers in reputed journals on topics related to health and governance. As an Academic Counselor at Academor, I applied my counseling and communication skills to help students achieve their academic and career goals.
