As a Senior Operations Manager, I provide management in support of the physician/patient relationship which includes optimizing patient access to Harris Health services. I am responsible for managing practice operations and responding to patient, physician and employee issues as they occur while leveraging technological solutions to enhance the overall customer relationship.
