   Acquisition Journey Management: Orchestrating a significant portion of Furlenco storefront\'s acquisition journeys for both the Rent & Buy business, starting from Product Listing Pages, Product Description Pages, Cart and checkout. Spearheading conversion enhancements and diligently pursuing diverse business metrics such as CVRs/ARPU. • Growth Strategy via Category Product Management: Enabling growth through cross-functional business collaboration, specifically in category product management for both the Buy & Rent business. Instrumental in boosting visibility, recommendations, and demand forecast for Furlenco\'s inventory. Also manages the majority of the Category Management System flows. • Customer Experience Channel Oversight: Technologically steering the management of a majority of customer experience contact channels. Ensuring seamless communication and service delivery from a technological standpoint. Manages the Chatbot and is also an active stakeholder in collecting and managing the Furlenco Net Promoter Score (NPS). • Cross-Platform Collaboration: Engaging with engineering pods for Desktop Web & Mobile Web to ensure seamless coordination, releases, and sprint planning.
