I wanted to continue to diversify myself and gain more experience working with individuals and companies so I decided to work part-time as a CX Support Specialist. In this role I quickly gained the necessary knowledges and skills to become highly efficient at my position. Through this role, at any given time I need to retain knowledge of around 40+ different companies campaigns and apply those to conversations with customers. As a Support Specialist, you\'re serving as the voice for the company who is running the campaign. Staying professional, calm, coherent, and efficient is a must in this role. When looking at efficiency, striving to resolve a minimum of 60 conversations per hour with a high level of accuracy.
