Utilize knowledge of multiple sourcing channels as Social Media/LinkedIn, Job Portals, Existing database hunting (Ceipal), Employee & Candidate references to hire the best talent- Leading weekly calls and meetings with hiring managers and business leaders to share hiring updates and best practices- Preparing daily hiring dashboards and presenting to leadership team for code-red projects, and weekly reports are presented to hiring managers, business leaders and TA leadership team- Fulfilling the staffing needs of the organization by coordinating with the sourcing vendors to identify the right candidate to match the suitable openings in the organization. Handling regular interactions between vendor consultants and hiring managers for better understanding of job profile.
