He is an empathetic leader, committed to mentorship and developing strong relationships with employees, business partners, and clients.He currently oversees financial operations of all North America private equity and debt investment vehicles (currently 21 vehicles, over $40 billion AUM), including open-ended and closed-ended funds, separately managed accounts, and daily valuation funds. Functional areas include financial reporting, accounting, tax (compliance, structuring, strategy), fund modelling, valuation, performance measurement, forecasting, and other key finance activities.Additional roles include member and administrator of Valuation Committee, member of Technology Advisory Committee, and executive sponsor/member of employee resource network group.
