These Test Plans included full End-To-End (E2E), Regression, Smoke and Unit Testing of the features to ensure these met with the Stake Holders’ requirements; and also, to produce the world-class software and recognition which ServiceNow is renowned for. For more rigorous testing of the software, I maintained the automated tests using Selenium and Jenkins.Management roles included: • Managing and leading a team of worldwide Testers on projects• Running Daily Stand-up meetings with worldwide offshore teamsPrior to this, I was in the ‘Platform Technologies’ Customer Support team at ServiceNow supporting the core product set, namely: Automated Testing Framework (ATF), ETL, Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting.
