Own all aspects of project planning and execution for building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality business communications product suite• Contribute to executive-level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.• Partner closely with engineering managers, product managers, software engineers, data scientists, product designers, QA and leadership to gather requirements, scope effort, manage resource allocation, release software features and products to our customers• Build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate information.• Track areas of concern, escalate risks, and identify and resolve blockers. Track projects against the committed dates and release schedule.• Work within teams and across the organization on improving operational efficiencies including team execution, status reporting, dashboarding, etc.• Work directly with our product teams to create and manage systems that enable product development.• Works directly with customer facing teams to follow best practices and manage top issues to prioritize for our product teams.• Works with cross functional teams to create and enhance an exceptional experience for BMC customers.• Manage the interaction between customer facing teams, engineering, product, sales and other functions by identifying priorities, gaps within the process and ensuring teams are enabled to support the BMC initiatives.• Own or build systems that create or promote important functions that improve the customer experience with documentation, status tracking, and communication between project stakeholders to ensure delivery and overall program health.
