As the leader of the Acquirer Integration Squad within the Global Expansion tribe, I focused on spearheading SumUp\'s product and service launch across new international markets. I was instrumental in launching SumUp in the Australian market, where I helped the team to successfully implemented Card Present (CP) and Card Not Present (CNP) functionalities, including Level 3 certifications and 3D Secure enablement. In addition to these new ventures, I managed and scaled the Chilean market, successfully growing the Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) to a daily run rate of approximately 6M. This was achieved by delivering an advanced transaction protocol, extending over 12 VPNs across three data centers, ensuring both reliability and fault tolerance.
