Directed development of a top three high-volume Aortic Programs on the West Coast at MemorialCare Health System, the second largest integrated health system on the West Coast. We offer all aspects of aortic root repair/replacement, total arch, and thoracoabdominal aortic replacement, ascending TEVAR, branched arch, and fenestrated thoracoabdominal aortic repair, complex infrarenal aneurysm including hostile necks and branched internal iliac stent-grafts. We have a comprehensive cardiovascular research program and \"super fellowship\" for Complex Aortic Surgery for cardiothoracic or vascular surgery fellows and early career surgeons, who have completed their specialty training. We also offer the most comprehensive Atrial Fibrillation program in Southern California with most experience in mini- thoracotomy and hybrid Maze operations in the region.
