From verifying development costs for office and mixed-use projects to aggregating and evaluating property condition reports, I ensure clients have the confidence and data they need to move forward.My deep expertise in lease structuring and operating expense recovery allows me to uncover hidden value in portfolios. I help clients optimize common area maintenance (CAM) and property tax reimbursements by identifying inefficiencies and designing practical strategies tailored to the nuances of each lease and asset class.I also advise on portfolio-level financial health, including analyzing leased asset performance for first-lien mortgages, CMBS bonds, and mezzanine loans.
