With over 25 years in global tech leadership, I’ve helped launch products, build new capabilities and spearhead the Enterprise Technology business for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and expand into new markets - including establishing and scaling TCS’s presence across Canada. From services to platforms, I’ve led large scale, global IT transformations that simplify complexity and deliver measurable outcomes. Now at Digitate, I help organizations reimagine their journey to the autonomous enterprise. We work with global teams to rethink enterprise IT transformation, shifting from reactive firefighting to predictive, intelligent operations. We partner with global organizations to boost their IT resilience, accelerating decision-making, and enhancing business agility. But that real transformation isn’t about tools, it starts with the mindset. I’ve learned that every breakthrough begins with first principles thinking to understand the “why” behind the “what.” I’ve also learned to back conviction with courage and to lean into the trifecta of hard work, perseverance, and patience, especially when the path ahead isn’t obvious. Beyond business, I believe leaders must act on the broader responsibilities we hold to our communities and our planet. I’m personally committed to addressing climate change and supporting education as a force multiplier for equity and opportunity.
