ABOUT AKHILESH MAURYA

I am an engineering professional with over 5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and industrial construction. I started my career as a Production Engineer at Winsteel Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd, where I worked for 3 years managing fabrication processes, optimizing production output, and ensuring quality standards on the shop floor. Currently, I’m working as a Project Control Engineer at Neo Structo Construction Pvt. Ltd, where I’ve spent the past 2 years handling project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, progress monitoring and subcontracting billing for large-scale industrial projects. My role is focused on aligning project execution with client timelines, budgets, and technical requirements. In addition to my work experience, I hold certifications in: • Six Sigma Green Belt • MS Excel (Advanced) • Microsoft Project (MSP) • Primavera P6 i am passionate about process improvement, project efficiency, and data-driven decision making. I\'m actively looking to grow my career in project controls, planning, and engineering management, and always open to connecting with professionals in the construction,infrastructure and oil & gas sectors.
