   Currently, I am working in Supply strategy & operations planning with sales & marketing and SCM team to prepare the production plan ( Domestic + international Business + SPD) of next 3 month for all TML plants Using data analytics with tools like Anaplan and RCCP. I am working for deploying aggregate supply planning across plants, carrying out product plant allocation, Month supply planning & Master production plan. Also lead the analytics cell, analysing capacity requirement and alignment of the same with respect to future trends. Working on Aggregate & spare parts supply planning, Product plan Allocation, Master production plan scheduling, Product demand monitoring Data Analytics & ML in Supply planning- Use of Anaplan and RCCP to extract the relevant information from the system for decisions making and also ensure the data correctness coming from different end Users for Aggregates and SPD Project- Development of Interactive dashboard for OTIF to analyse and understand the performance of different business segments. Also develop a mechanism to generate prior alarms for specific segments where OTIF is failing. Extensive experience in data exploration, statistical modelling, data visualization. Proficient in creating interactive dashboards and stories using Tableau, as well as crafting dynamic reports with Power BI. Developed dashboards for daily works like Production war room report, PMO reports, Delivery Status report, OTIF Loss analysis report to optimize the analysis time Project- Digital DWM deployment in Operations planning and Ensure the TQM methodology to be followed for day to day operations Strengthening of Anaplan and RCCP systems in-line with EY and Deloitte to ensure correct demand and supply planning Also Looking After BAP, Business performance management, digital logistics & distribution to optimise the cost & enhance quality of distribution. also, Leading the team for Deployment of TQM in S & OP
