Contribute to the design and development of modular buildings, including workforce housing, site offices, space rentals, and custom prefab structures- Create and refine architectural layouts, structural details, and MEP drawings for modular units, ensuring compliance with design standards and construction requirements- Conduct Navisworks clash detection tests to identify and resolve conflicts in MEP systems prior to module fabrication-Generate COMcheck energy compliance reports for envelope and lighting systems, ensuring conformance with IECC standards- Optimize drawing templates and component libraries to streamline design workflows and maintain consistency across projects-Support the full lifecycle of modular projects, from design development to final documentation, including shop drawings and construction submittals- Manage technical coordination between design, manufacturing, and site teams, addressing RFIs and ensuring smooth execution of modular installations- Lead internal design reviews, prepare detailed drawing packages, and support the resolution of field and factory queries- Contribute to design visualization through renderings and presentation materials to support project communication- Provide internal support for engineering documentation systems and maintain organized project records- Manage closeout documentation, including punch lists, quality checks, and final submittals.
