Part of migration to Oracle cloud HCM for Emerson non-USA business unit and worked as a HCM techno functional consultant and worked on data conversions, development of fast formulas for payroll, OTL and Benefits • Responsible for working with Payroll, core HR and Benefits admins and documents custom reporting and integration requirements and development of reports and integrations using OTBI, BIP, HDL and HCM Extracts • Payroll support and involved in troubleshoot and resolving fast formulas, day to day payroll related issues and implementation of new fast formulas Payroll extracts and loading data into Payroll using HDL from various sources. • Extensively worked on data conversion into Oracle HCM using HDL, which includes data mapping, analyze legacy person data and setup HDL and HDL mapping, troubleshoot missing setups in HCM work with users to test data conversion and data reconciliation with legacy HR applications. • Worked as a liaison between implementation partner and business and documented list of reports to develop, coordinated with users and functional team to prepare test cases for reports. • Analyzed reporting requirements and review Oracle provided OTBI subject areas, BIP data models and prepared fit/gap analysis and submit for custom reports using BIP and HCM Extracts • Developed more than 30 custom reports across Core HR, Payroll and Benefits and involved in troubleshooting and fixing repots including performance issues, output formats and report delivery methods.
