I am an HR at Tata Consultancy Services, where I simplify and standardize the HR processes, from coordinating and scheduling interviews, to managing recruitment drives, to handling stakeholder management. I also oversee the employee life cycle, from hiring to separation, and administer employee benefits. I collaborate with the internal teams and the centralized documentation team to verify and validate the candidate profiles and documents, and to initiate and release the offers. I am responsible for ensuring timely closure of the hiring process, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization and the employees.I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Andhra University, with a major in HR and Finance, and I am pursuing a Master of Commerce degree from the School of Distance Education Andhra University. I have developed strong skills in HR analytics, using Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze and report on the HR metrics and trends. I have also gained experience as a TAG operations intern at Virtusa, where I performed post-offer follow-up activities and documentation. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have obtained a certification in upGrad Mentorship.
