Expertise, as a Process owner in all the Lithography processes namely, resist coating, exposure, development and optical inspection for Temperature, Magnetic sensors, MEMS, Diodes etc. In charge of Process Transfer of a new sensor production line from another site as a process Integrator. Creation of detailed Work Instructions (Arbeitsanweisungen) for Operators as well as their training on new tools and processes. Work with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and improve processes used in manufacturing and manufacturability of designs. Active communication with production team, Maintenance team to keep the production tools always functional with lowest down-time possible. Data analysis and process monitoring for SPC. MSA and FMEA for new and/or existing processes.
