Advised a leading national payor on a sustainable acceleration of ACA segment by creating novel market-entry channels that leveraged the payor’s care delivery assets and strong commercial chassis, resulting in opening a $3B+ additional revenue channel.3. Developed a market leading provider-payor collaborative care model across five diverse markets focused on reducing high-cost claim events and administrative expenses, resulting in ~$50M in savings.4. Supported platform modernization efforts of a regional plan focused on digitization of core health plan operations to offer market leading competitive products and value-based care and cost containment across its government programs business to leapfrog their competitors and achieve their strategic aspirations.
