   Spearheaded and oversaw the monitoring efforts for Village Social Transformation Foundation (VSTF), a government-owned section 8 company in Maharashtra. Coordinated and liaised with technology partners and the office of the Chief Minister to track project progress and KPIs. Directed a team of 143 Rural Development fellows and managed tight deadlines to successfully collect data from 1,68,277 individuals and 42,018 households across 12 districts in Maharashtra for a micro-planning exercise 3. Established a monitoring platform for a large-scale micro-planning exercise covering around 472 villages in the Jamshedpur to Kalinganagar corridor in partnership with Tata Steel 4. Conceptualized and developed the DELTA platform, an in-house customizable application for data collection, monitoring, and visualization to support village-level developmental planning 5. Contributed to the District Budget analysis program in collaboration with the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability. Conducted roundtable discussions with district administration to share project findings and identify issues with fund flow and utilization for ten flagship central government schemes 6. Supported the DELTA Plus program in Balasore and Chandrapur, a data-driven initiative for the last-mile delivery of government services that resulted in benefits close to INR 100 Cr 7. Activated and ensured the rollout of monitoring mechanisms throughout project life cycles across different geographies of deployment.
