As a Senior PMO Analyst, I am responsible for providing centralized support to the Automobile Industry client across various locations and producing reports. I also work closely with the Delivery Management and PMO team. Additionally, I am engaged with multiple Business Units (BUs) and act as the Point of Contact (POC) for dedicated reports.Handling an Automobile industry client of 20 contracts and having around 700 team resources.Provide Core Product PMO Support, ensuring smooth project management operations.Work Experience in Resource Management.Worked on multiple reports like leakage hours, PDR hours, Timesheet hours, Shift allowances, MME Forecast, Headcount report, Demand Validation tool and Release Management report.Assists in managing Human Resources tasks including hiring, performance evaluation, EI slot tasks, recognition, and disciplinary actions.Working on demand management activities such as the creation of demands, soft locking the resources on the project requirements, and ensuring the arrangement of interviews.Managing the project demands, roll-on roll-off activities with respect to the project resources.Arranged the project orientations for new resources.Working experience as the primary repository for offshore activities, encompassing employee data, job openings, performance reviews, contract extensions, leave management, and remote work details.Responsible for organizing periodic review meetings, townhall meeting and monitoring action items and minutes of meetings (MoM).Onboarding and offboarding of resource planning for backfills or redeployment of resources.Coordinate meetings with Delivery Managers (M and SMs), and prepare weekly reports and Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).Initiate and track EA nominations for interview scheduling.Follow up on and resolve missing and unapproved timesheets.Manage monthly and quarterly activities, ensuring timely completion.Lead and coordinate engagement activities to enhance team collaboration.
