In this project, I develop and fix the automation scripts for different applications that run on Microsoft Windows (developed in different languages) and make it work under various versions of Windows OS. We maintain the product quality by fixing High, Medium, Low and Cosmetic impact Software Change Request (SCRs). We directly impact the Billion plus daily active users of Microsoft Windows Operating System by validating the compatibility of various applications running on them like Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD etc. with the OS as well as the security patch deliverables.• Conducting daily compatibility testing to ensure applications remain compatible with the latest operating system releases, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience.• Developing and maintaining robust test scripts for the IVU and PAF functionalities of desktop and Android applications, ensuring thorough testing coverage and adherence to quality standards.• Possessing hands-on experience with automation tools such as FlySpy, AutoSpy, Accessibility Insights and UIAutomator, showcasing versatility in employing diverse testing tools to address specific testing needs and enhance overall test automation capabilities.• Proactively identifying and meticulously documenting software anomalies by logging detailed bug reports, contributing to the improvement of application quality through effective communication and collaboration with development teams.• Taking on the responsibility of presenting sprint planning and sprint reports to clients, actively participating in Scrum calls, and facilitating effective communication between development teams and customers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.• Handled a batch of two people, right from their knowledge transfer stage to resolving their day-to-day blockers and issues.
