Sourcing CVs / Resumes according to the Job description / job requirement from various job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster etc.) and having experience to source profiles from social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn and other media sites. Good exposure of getting Contact Details through Head Hunting and through references. Direct communicate with the candidates for follow up process, interview lineup process etc. Increase the turn up ratio via checking the interest level of candidates. Good exposures of conduct direct Interviews with client, Sending Interview Calls to the candidate. Manage all kind of interviews like- Telephonic Interview, Video Conferencing Interview and Face to Face interview etc. Good working experience of resume formatting /CV Editing /CV designing. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
