Perform inspections at various stages of production to ensure parts meet required specifications and are within tolerance limits.*Ensure parts are free from scratches, dents, discoloration, and other surface or dimensional defects.*Identify deviations from specifications and document non-conformities accordingly.*Hands-on experience using calibrated measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, Trimos, height gauges, and contracers.*Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.*Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T).*Exposure to standards and practices related to API 5CT, API 5B, API 11AX, API 19G1, and API 19G2.
