Every time a car brakes automatically, detects a cyclist in the dark, or parks itself without driver input — there’s a layer of sensor perception engineering making it possible. I’ve spent 15+ years building that layer.My background spans the full sensor stack — radar, ultrasonics, lidar, and camera — across both Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. That end-to-end perspective has shaped how I think about building systems that actually work in the real world, not just in the lab.At Cariad AG, I lead cross-functional perception teams across Europe, the US, and China, taking Level 2 automated driving systems from early development all the way through series production. I’ve driven teams to production readiness by focusing on two things: getting the engineering right, and building the kind of team culture where people do their best work.Earlier in my career at Audi and Valeo, I owned product roadmaps, led engineering teams, built prototype systems showcased at CES and IAA, and mentored engineers early in their careers. That mix of hands-on technical work and people leadership is what I bring to everything I do.PMP certified. SAFe Product Owner. Stanford ML. Fluent in English and German.
