Commissioned by BMW AG, as Hardware responsible for drive control units for electrical vehicle. Championed new process development, improvement, integration and deployment, and performance measurement to improve organizational and operational efficiency quality. Presently working on Stress and Worst-case Analysis (SWCA), Mean Time Between Failure Analysis (MTBF or FIT rate calculation) based on Siemen’s standard SN29500 and MIL’s Standard, Monte Carlo Analysis (MCA), Gaussian Distribution Analysis, Failure modes effects and diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA), Part Stress Analysis (PSA) and Tolerance Analysis for Automotive industry. Worked for the Development of automated test environment of PCB’s, Hardware Development activities and Qualification of electronics components. Making sure on circuits that the Automotive standard GS95024_2_1 is get completely satisfied. Worked on Electrical and Thermal Characterization of the electronic circuits. Worked on electronic component engineering / Second source solution of the electronic components. Hands on experience with LTSpice, PSpice & TINA-TI simulation tool. Worked on Electrical characterization of Hall Effect Current sensor at +/-1500A DC at -40ºC to +125 ºC. Worked on a Power Electronics project of designing the Emergency Light product. Design and Set up the test environment for High temperature PCB testing. Face-to-Face Client interaction. Responsible for Functional Safety for Automotive Clients (FUSI Compliance). Obsolence Management for the Hardware components.
